Yamama focuses on labor and social security matters with experience in assisting local and international companies in maintaining compliance with Iraqi labor and social security regulations.
Her practice includes advising and supporting companies in social security compliance matters, managing registration procedures, handling monthly social security settlements, obtaining social security clearance certificates, and ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Yamama also assists clients with labor inspections and regulatory visits, manages procedures through the Iraqi Social Security electronic platform, and follows up on official transactions before the relevant authorities.
In addition, she has experience handling workforce restructuring matters, including employee reduction procedures, company suspension and closure procedures, and related labor compliance requirements.
Her practice also extends to obtaining and renewing work permits for foreign employees and supporting employers in managing workforce mobility and employment compliance in Iraq.
